专利摘要:
1455922 Temporary thread store; knitting machines IRO AB 15 March 1974 [16 March 1973] 11720/74 Headings D1C and D1J A thread storage feeder, for use with a textile machine able to drive one or more such feeders and having a circuit for controlling the machine drive, comprises a thread storage member, winding drive means by which thread can be wound upon the member to form a thread reservoir, a thread guide movable into two positions for operation of the feeder in a "positive feed" mode and an "intermittent thread withdrawal" mode, sensing means for sensing the size of the thread reservoir and for disconnecting the winding drive means during "intermittent thread withdrawal" when a max. reservoir has been attained, a switch settable in a condition I for "intermittent thread withdrawal" and in a condition II for "positive feed", and circuit means responsive to the sensing means when the switch is in condition II to provide a signal for de-energising the machine drive when the reservoir (a) exceeds a max. value (b) falls below a min. value or (c) exceeds a max. or falls below a min. value. "Positive feed" means that the textile machine withdraws thread at constant speed, and "intermittent thread withdrawal" means that the machine withdraws thread on demand. The device may comprise a thread storage drum 2 machine driven by belt 3 via clutch 4, and a ring 5 spring-biased to urge thread reservoir 6 downwards and connected to switch 7. The switch is connected either via condition I of switch 11 to control clutch 4, or via condition II of switch 11 and textile machine relay 21 to control the textile machine drive. For a positive feed, guide 9 is moved to guide withdrawn thread and to bring switch 11 to condition II. If reservoir 6 exceeds a given max., ring 5 closes switch 7 to stop the textile machine. For an intermittent thread supply guide 9 is removed from the withdrawn thread and moves switch 11 to condition I. When reservoir 6 exceeds a max., ring 5 closes switch 7 to discharge clutch 4. Alternatively, switch 7 may be closed by rung 5 when reservoir 6 falls below a min. In condition II of switch 11 the closed switch 7 is connected to stop drive 20, and in condition I closed switch 7 is connected to engage clutch 4. Further ring 5 may be connected to two switches so that in condition II it closes a first switch when a max. reservoir is exceeded to stop the textile machine, and closes the second switch when a min reservoir is reached. In condition I only the first switch controls clutch 4. The thread is monitored for breakage at the inlet and outlet of the feeder, thread breakage closing switches, e.g. switch 14, to stop the textile machine and switch on indicator light 15. Belt 3 and clutch 4 may be replaced by an electric motor also controlled by switch 7. The thread may be wound onto and withdrawn from a stationary drum 2.

专利说明:

The invention relates to the textile industry and can be used in yarn feeders. In textile machines, there are two types of filing yarn. In the first case, for example, a textile machine can pull a thread from a thread receiving drum of a thread-feeding device with unlimited speed, while the thread receiving drum must always have an adequate supply of thread, which is achieved because the thread of a slow drum has a constant thread. controlled and when the stock of the thread is reduced to a predetermined value, the winding drive is turned on, which remains on until the specified maximum stock of the thread is reached. The moto drive in this case is calculated so that the winding speed is greater than the maximum average speed of the filament. This prefabricated yarn feed is used in threading devices in modern machiningis jacquard, cotton machines, flat halls, stockings and weaving machines. In addition, a threading device for textile machines is known, which contains a thread-storage drum with a probe for controlling the stock of the thread, is located on it, controls the drive relay and the thread guide lever, kinematically connected with (the drive link. In this device the thread guide lever can be installed in the first position, when there are no obstacles to the free winding of the thread from the thread storage drum, and in the second position, in which the speed of the winding of the thread is limited by the winding speed on the thread receiving drum. In addition, in the device the device can be made moving so that its first position is axially tightened and in the second tangential shrinkage. When operating in intermittent mode, there is a probing element that controls the stock on the receiving drum thread, and when the minimum stock of the thread is reached with the help of the connecting means connected to it, turns on the winding drive.
However, when using this device, it is impossible to avoid accidental breaks of the yarn coming to the drum, which are fixed by the controller, stopping the drive. Since, because of the inertia of the machine, such a stop cannot be made instantaneously, some mileage occurs and a certain amount of thread is pulled from the stock on the drum without providing the appropriate amount of thread to the drum. Repeated additional winding of the thread without simultaneously winding the stock of the thread onto the drum gradually depletes the stock of the thread, and after several thread breaks, the dangling end is pulled into the finished product, which leads to marriage.
The aim of the invention is to expand the technological capabilities of the device.
The goal is achieved by the fact that the proposed thread-feeding device has a switch connected to the thread-giving lever, electrically connected in series with the closing element of the drive control switch, one of the contacts of which is connected to the control relay of the drive, and the operating contact of the control relay is connected to the drive power supply circuit. textile machine.
In addition, the device has an additional switch, and the drive control switch is double-pole, with each of the switches connected in series with the corresponding contact of the two-pole switch.
FIG. 1 shows a thread-feeding device, side view; Fig. 2 is a schematic of the device; an embodiment; the drive of the machine stops when the maximum thread margin is exceeded; fig. 3 - the same, the drive of the machine stops with a decrease in the stock of the thread; Fig. 4 is the same; the drive of the machine stops when the maximum is exceeded and below the minimum: yarn stock; Fig. 5 is a diagram representing an embodiment together;
Threading device has a rotating receiving drum 2 rotating around a vertical axis in a fixed frame 1, which is driven into rotation through a belt pulley 3, which is attached and disconnected by elastic force, acting in one direction, constantly one down the thread of thread 4, which is on drum 2; a two-way switch is mechanically connected to the shift ring 5 b. On the bracket 7 fixed on the frame 1, passing from the side along the thread-receiving drum, there is a reinforcing lever 8, the end of which is designed in the form of a hook catching the thread passing along its path. Mechanically connected to the thread control lever 8 is a double action switch 9 for operating the drive,
In the depicted position of the lever 8, the switch 9 occupies the position II and when leaving the trajectory of the thread, position I, At axial distance from the receiving drum 2, the thread control probe 10 is located, KOTO
through the lever 11 is connected to the on-off switch 12, in addition, a warning lamp 13 is also provided on the bracket, which signals a functional defect. Through a plug block 14 on the frame 1, the thread-feeding device is connected to the drive 15, controlling, for example, a textile machine, which, through pin 16, relay 17 and transformer 18, is connected to the power source 19, in position II of the double-action switch 9, which corresponds to a positive the thread feeding mode, parallel to switch 6, two other switches 12 and 20 are turned on, which are respectively connected to control devices at the thread input and output on the thread-feeding device. The switches 6, 12 and 20 are connected via diode 21 to the relay 17, the device also has a winding drive control unit 22 to another switch 23, which is so connected with the shifting ring 5 that it is closed if the lower limit of the thread margin passes drum 2,
The operation of the yarn feeder provides for two modes: with intermittent feeding of the yarn (position I and with positive feeding of the yarn when the thread is fed to the thread receiving drum at the same speed as unwinding (position II),
In the positive mode of operation, all switches b, 12 and 20 are open, and therefore the relay 17 is de-energized. In this state, the contact 16 is closed by the machine drive of the textile machine and is connected to the power source. Since when the relay is de-energized on a series circuit consisting of relay 17 and diode 21, the voltage does not drop, the signal lamp 13 does not come on. The winding drive control unit 22, de-energized in the switching position II of the double action switch 9, turns on the winding drive so that the receiving drum 2 constantly rotates. If all three switches b, 12 and 20 are in the closed position, then no disruption in the operation of the thread-subconnect device occurs. When one or several switches b, 12 and 20 are closed, the relay 17 is energized and the machine drive
stops. At the same time, due to the voltage drop on the relay 17 and the diode 21 connected in series with it, the signal lamp 13 lights up. The switches 12 and 20 are closed when the thread is broken, fixed at the input or at the output of the thread-feeding device. The switch 6 closes if the maximum set margin of the thread 4 on the receiving drum 2 is exceeded.
When switching the switch 9 to the mode of intermittent feeding of the thread, the closure of the switch 6 no longer contributes to stopping the machine drive 1b. Moreover, when the switch is closed, the winding drive control unit 22 is energized, resulting in the winding drive being stopped until the stock of thread 4 on the receiving drum 2 reaches the lower limit, at which the switch 6 is closed again. interferes with the operation of the switches 12 and 20. The device can also be designed in such a way that the machine drive 15 is turned off when the thread margin decreases below the minimum. To do this, it is necessary to connect the switch 6 to the shifting finger 5 so that it closes, if the lower preset limit of the thread margin passes. As a consequence, it is also necessary to switch the winding drive control unit 22 so that, when the switch 6 is closed, it turns on the winding drive. In order to switch on the winding drive in the operating mode in position II (positive feed of the thread), the double action switch 9 must be bipolar and the winding drive must be supplied with current through one of its switching elements (see cf. C). The winding drive control unit 22 can be made in various ways: as, for example, a magnetic coupling, or a winding drive motor can be used instead, or as a relay that closes the contact of the winding drive depending on the current or de-energized condition
